Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
